Permissions

When linking your Gusto account to Profiles, we want to make sure that your account has all admin privileges. Please ensure it is not an “Accountant” user.

To connect your account, we recommend you have either:

Recommended: Full Access

Minimum: Specific Role (Payroll, Finance & accounting, HR & Onboarding, and Benefits all must be checked).

Once admin permissions are correct, add your credentials into the Profiles Link to authenticate.
