GoProfiles is a people directory and recognition platform that puts your employees first. Celebrate achievements, foster strong bonds and provide the context teams need to collaborate and connect. This article will guide admins through their workspace settings.
Locate Workspace Settings
- From your GoProfiles dashboard, navigate to Settings in the left-hand menu and click Workspace.
- Here, you’ll see tabs for General, User profiles, Achievements & Bravos, Email domains, Single sign-on, and Branding.
General
- Here, you can change your company name, opt-in for AI Smart Search, and choose how new users are invited to your workspace.
User Profiles
- Here, you can manage what social links are shown on user profiles and add and manage what fields are visible on users profiles.
Achievements and bravos
- Here, you can manage the bravos and achievements and decide who can use and create different types of bravos and achievements.
Email domains
- Here, you view the allowed domains for your GoProfiles workspace. For enterprise customers, we can add additional domains to your workspace, so please reach out to support@goprofiles.io, so we can assist with this request.
Single Sign-on
- Here, you can manage your connected SSO providers including Google, Okta, Azure, Ping, OneLogin, Rippling, JumpCloud, Google SAML, and Custom SAML. In order to learn more about the SSO options we support, you can check out our help center article on single sign-on settings.
Branding
- Here, you can upload your company’s custom logo to your GoProfiles workspace.
