Team Analytics

The Team Analytics dashboard in GoProfiles is an invaluable asset to highlight people trends that help you connect with peers, discover collaborators, and celebrate milestones. 

Access Team Analytics

1. From your GoProfiles dashboard, navigate to Analytics in the left-hand menu.
2. You’ll see a tab for Team and Bravos. Click Team.
3. Here you can see how a robust suite of analytics tools designed to track and improve engagement, structure, and various organizational metrics.

Team Analytics Features

Note: Your workspace admin chooses which features are enabled for all employees. Your admin will see a Configure button on this page to manage settings and an Admin tab, which has complete metrics.

• Employees provides a quick snapshot of the total number of active profiles on GoProfiles within your organization.
• Departments displays the total number of departments registered in the system.
• Birthdays helps promote a culture of recognition by displaying the distribution of employee birthdays.
• Department headcount breaks down the number of employees within each department, offering a visual representation of organizational structure and manpower distribution.
• Location distribution feature offers a geographical breakdown of all employees.
• Current headcount displays the growth or reduction in overall employee numbers over time.
• Languages, Skills, and Interests display the most common of these among your employees.
• Manager vs. IC ratio provides an overview of the ratio between managers and individual contributors within the organization.
• Tenure offers insights into the distribution of employee tenure within the organization, displaying how many employees fall into various tenure brackets (e.g., 0-1 years, 1-3 years, etc.).
• Anniversaries tracks upcoming work anniversaries, providing administrators with a tool to celebrate milestones and foster a culture of appreciation and recognition.
