Bravos are meant to help celebrate or recognize team members within your organization. There are also recognitions for the top receiver and the top bravo giver. These bravos can help to encourage cross-departmental projects while also helping team members know that they are making a difference. The Bravos analytics page allows for you to see more details about the bravos being given and received within your company, and a breakdown of those bravos.
How to get to your teams Bravo Analytics page
You can navigate to the Bravos analytics page by first clicking Analytics in the left column of your GoProfiles dashboard. Once here, there will be two tabs at the top of your analytics page. You will automatically be directed to the Team Analytics page. Select Bravos on the top section to view these bravo analytics.
Bravo Analytics
Within the Bravo Analytics page, you are able to sort your results by time span. You can do so by using the drop down in the upper right corner. This will automatically be set to Last 30 days but you can update it to be within the last week, all the way to all time.
- Bravos Given
The bravos given will be a graph of the allotted time span and the total number of bravos given. This will allow for you to see the progression of bravos given from the start of the time span to recent.
- Leaderboard
Same as what can be found on your Profiles dashboard, you will see a leaderboard for users who have given and received the most bravos over the allotted time span.
- Top Bravo types
The next segment, top Bravo types, allows for you to see what types of bravos are most common within your company. This will allow for managers to see the strengths of the company. This section only shows the top 3 within the allotted time span.
- Bravos by Department
The final section is just like the leaderboard, but it is by department rather than individual user. This breakdown allows you to see which departments are receiving and giving the most bravos.
